How is the working environment of Gapsan Yarn?

I am Murat KESKİNNİŞANCI, In 1997, I started to work as a plumber at GAPSAN I want to give some information about my Gapsan career. I took part in the assembly in different sections since the factory was in the assembly phase. i started to work at production part because I was interested in the variety of production and the harmony of colors. After that I worked as a yarn packaging, shipping department and shift supervisor and worked in the planning department. Then I was promoted to the operating chief where I am now. The number of employees of our factory is 300 people.
